Students discussed leadership this week as part of Class Meeting, and they had so many great ideas to share! They believe a leader is different than a boss, because a leader is willing to pitch in and help with the "hard stuff" instead of telling others what to do. They believe leaders set examples for other kids, sometimes even older students. They also know that leaders aren't perfect; they own up to mistakes and make a plan to improve going forward.
